  • - But it has been getting better, so much then when i was 20 and younger cause therapy and personal support . I don't have a therapist anymore but i always do minor things i remember from my therapist sessions that helped me a lot . It's still in the process of getting better step by step . 𑣲

  • - It has been debated if i have ptsd or c-ptsd but that's what i got diagnosed then stopped going to therapist etc. I was never a fan of medicines that makes my body and mind worse. But i think i'm going to be fine. 𑣲
